Human Resources Management in Family Businesses – Case of North Macedonia

This paper analyses one of the most important aspects any organization, and that is how to manage human resources in a specific type business, i.e., family businesses North Macedonia. The reason for focusing on this topic twofold. First, make up majority Macedonia, secondly, HRM these very complex. research was done through questionnaire (distributed electronically physically) by surveying total 150 questionnaires were distributed 141 received. included 15 questions which some general information about business profile, continue with part deals resource management. results obtained from provide an overview are considered Macedonia managing them adequately affects performance employees.
